I moved into this property 2 years ago, and it has been the perfect first time purchase for me. The convenience of the train station is what sold it to me. I am able to get to central London faster than lots of my friends that live in London. The flat has always offered me more than enough space and for the price I was able to get 2 good size bedrooms in comparison to very small 1 bedroom apartments.
The neighbours have been amazing, and always there to keep an eye on the flat when I have had to travel with work. I will be sad to leave, but work commitments are taking me to Brighton and I hope the next buyer is as happy as I have been.
