This apartment has been a real pleasure to live in. We chose it because of the modern and spacious living it had to offer and the separate utility room to the kitchen was ideal and rare to see in an open plan layout.
The neighbours here are lovely, it's definitely the best block around!
The location is great, within walking distance to town and the station, so it's been really easy for commuting up to town.
We are now growing as a family and need a bit more room, so we are looking for a house with a garden. But this is such a lovely first time home, or ideal for a working professional or someone downsizing perhaps. We hope the new owners enjoy their time here.
