Two things really attracted me most to this flat when I bought it; the security and the location! I love being able to take a short walk along Paragon to the many bars and cafes that overlook the harbour, perfect for whiling away a pleasant summers afternoon whilst enjoying a cold beer!

As the station is also within walking distance this makes journeys to London easy with the high speed link, and also as the dual carriage way from the M2 now reaches Ramsgate, travel by car to mid Kent and further afield is also very straight forward. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed by home here and will be sad to leave, but work and family commitments mean I need to move away from the area, so I will be selling chain free.
