I have owned this flat for a few years now and have loved spending afternoons watching the activity on the harbour and seafront. I have also loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises from the bedrooms.
I have tried to maintain the flat well, and have recently had a new kitchen and bathroom put in, new windows to the lounge and bedrooms and replaced the boiler 6 months ago. I have also re-decorated throughout. Recently the flat has been rented out as I now live away from the area, so I am looking to sell the flat chain free. I hope that the new owners enjoy the flat as much as I have done.
