I have owned this property for over 20 years, and over recent years I have rented the property out. The tenants have been good throughout the time I have owned the house and I have had no problem in finding someone who wanted to live there. I bought the property due to its location, it’s just a short stroll to town, a short stroll up the hill to Ellington Park and also you can access the seafront easily from the property.
