We have really enjoyed living in our family home and have done so happily since October 2006. We specifically chose this house from new as we liked the position in the estate with its sunny garden, extra windows at the side to increase light and well positioned parking spaces.

The location is lovely, it is just a short walk to the local shops and our children attend a good local school within walking distance.

The train station and local transport links are also within walking distance of the house. We have family and friends out of the area and have particularly liked that the house is close to main road routes out of Thanet, which makes travelling easy.
