As soon as we spotted this house come up for sale we had to have it. As we knew the area and have family local we knew houses in this road rarely come up for sale.

Since owning the house amongst other things we have replaced both the soffits and guttering to keep it maintenance free as well as redecorating. The house is now too large for us as it is 3 bedrooms it needs a family living here so will be sad to see it go.
