This has been a fabulous family home for me and my children over the years, the location was key to us as its a sought after location with brilliant schools and lovely places to walk such as Riddlesdown Common.

It is a lovely family road but also is less than 30 minutes in to London so it was the best of both worlds.

It will be with a heavy heart that I leave the property but as family move on the house is just getting too big, I hope the next owners have many happy years to come in their new home.
