Administration Fees – paid on Application this covers the initial administration costs including the reference checks, Tenancy Agreement & Check-in. Please note this is non-refundable if you fail referencing or change your mind at any stage. This application fee is only refundable if the Landlord withdraws. These fees are as follows:

£250 + VAT For up to two Applicants. 
£100 + VAT For each additional Applicant.
  £75 + VAT For a Guarantor.

Renewal Fees if applicable are £60 + VAT – per Tenancy.
