The Land

From the A38 Devon Expressway, if heading west towards Plymouth, turn off at Smithaleigh and if heading east towards Exeter, take the Lee Mill turn onto Plymouth Road and after a short distance turn left turning back on yourself into New Park Road and head out following the signs to Smithaleigh. At Smithaleigh take the southerly road past Smithaleigh Caravan and Camping Park on your right after about a quarter of a mile at Choakford Cross fork left and after a further 250 yards fork right.
