The land at Fentonadle is a single field extending to approximately 3.13 acres.
The land is generally free draining and enjoys road frontage along its Southwestern elevation where it is gated onto the public highway. The land is surrounded by mature hedges which appear to be generally stock proof.
Within the Western corner of the land is a former stone agricultural building which presently has no roof, but could hold potential for reinstatement or alternative uses (subject to planning).
Also within the centre of the field is a temporary timber field shelter. The land at Fentonadle is situated just off the B3266 along a minor parish road which links through to the hamlet of Fentonadle.
Fentonadle is between St. Tudy and St. Breward which in turn provide local amenities including village stores and public house. A broader range of facilities are found at the nearby towns of Camelford, Bodmin and Wadebridge.
Agriculturally the area is supported by the Dairycrest Cheese Factory at Davidstow and the nearest livestock market is Halworthy Stockyard.
