From Liskeard head towards Trerulefoot on the A38. Turn right onto the B3252 sign posted Looe. Take a left turn at Twinaways Farm. At the end of the single track lane continue straight over the crossroads. At Bindown, turn right onto the main road after the post office and immediately left through No Mans Land. At the T-junction turn left and continue along this road. After approximately 2 miles the land will be found on the left hand side indicated with a ‘For Sale’ sign.
