Directions
Head up the Totnes Bypass turning right at the traffic lights turning towards Avonwick and South Brent on the Higher Plymouth Road. After approximately 4 miles turn left at Bluepost Cross heading up the hill towards Diptford. After approximately 1 mile the road forks either right to Diptford or left towards Moreleigh, take the left hand fork staying on the road and after approximately 100 yards take the next turn left at Bradridge Cross signposted Larcombe. Proceed past Bradridge House on your left and at the Hamlet of Larcombe follow the road, which turns up around to your left, and after approximately 100 yards the gate/entrance to the land will be found immediately on your right hand side. The land will be identified by a Rendells ‘for sale‘ board.
