Directions

From our Gorseinon Office, turn right at main set of traffic lights onto Pontardulais Road. Continue forward passing across next mini roundabout, and through the village of Grovesend, and continue on this road, until reaching traffic lights at Pontardulais ( King Hotel on the left hand side). Turn right onto Bolgoed Road. Continue forward and take next concealed, turning right into Church lane ( opposite Nant y ffin. Proceed along the lane, passing thr church and detached property on the left hand side and as the lane then narrow slightly the building plot is immediately ahead, and the base of the old church hall can be seen on the left hand side.
