It is a level site on the edge of the village adjoining an existing residential area known as Ty Clyd Close from which access is available directly to the land. Main services are available nearby.

Planning
An application for Outline Planning Permission (13/10289/OUT) for 14 units (10 detached houses and 4 affordable flats) was approved on 21st October 2014 subject to completion of a S106 Agreement. Terms of this agreement have now been agreed but the document has not yet been signed off.

Additional Land
A further area of building land of approximately 0.5 acre may also be available by negotiation for Phase 2 of the development.
