When I bought the flat it needed lots of updating and upgrading but seeing the spacious room sizes and flowing layout, I immediately knew it would be worth the effort. The transport links in the area are fantastic, when I lived in the flat I worked at the hospital which was so easy to get to. Many in the block use the station at Preston Park to commute.
In the summer the sunny balcony is a real treat to enjoy, sitting out in the sunshine with a cup of coffee to start the day was great. Two parking spaces is also great as when friends were visiting it was never any trouble for them to park. The large second bedroom meant that visitors were regular!
