We purchased the property in 2012 and it has been a great home for us. So much space within - we have never had a day where we get under each other's feet. There really is room for everyone and there is still NHBC warranty remaining.

When looking, it was the parking and the private courtyard that really swayed it for us and the position of this home over the others within the location won hands down.

With the road links being close, we have never had a problem getting in and out of town, at any time of day. We have kept the home neutral and clean for the next person to just move in.
