Property description

What an opportunity this two bedroom terraced house is! Located close to Boundary Road, Portslade train station and Hove makes it a very popular place to be. All that being 'in town' has to offer is close and within walking distance to enjoy. A short stroll will take you into a great shopping centre and a little further will take you onto Church Road where there are bars and restaurants for your entertainment and delight.

The house itself is a great size inside with an open plan lounge and dining area that suits modern lifestyles. There's plenty of room to invite friends and family for a celebratory drink when you move in and the kitchen area has all that you need to cook them up something to eat. The feature fireplace in the lounge area will welcome you on colder evenings and make it very easy to stay in and relax by the telly.

The main bedroom has a lovely bay window that not only makes it more spacious but floods the room with light, what a lovely way to start the day. And the bathroom! Well, the bathroom is enormous by normal terraced house standards. A soak in the bath will definitely feel like a luxury here.

The pleasant garden is a manageable size so it won't cut into your spare time unless you like to potter.

This property has a lot to offer and we would certainly recommend an early viewing.

What the Owner says:

First of all we liked the price compared to across the road in Hove and the house felt right for us. We get up to the morning sun beaming through the coloured leaded lights above the front door, which we believe are the only originals in our road.
The sun is fully on the back garden by 11am and we get a variety of insects, bees and butterflies as well as our resident sparrows and starlings that visit us throughout the year. We are not overlooked which makes it all seem so quiet and peaceful.
One thing we will miss after living here for 19 years is being able to walk out of the front door, look down the road and see a big boat's funnel going passed or a large cargo boat being unloaded.
