Church services were closed about 12 months ago. The two storey building is built of rendered blockwork under a pitched slate roof with a timber clad first floor extension. To the side is an area of open land owned by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council which is included within the sale.  

DIRECTIONS From the M4 leave at junction 32 for Cardiff west. Proceed north along the A470 leaving this road on the A4058 at Pontypridd and then remain on this road through Porth and Llwynypia and Ystrad to the village of Pentre. When almost through the village take the sharp right-hand turn into Pleasant View and the Church and land will be found on the left, identified by the Agent's sale board.
