DIRECTIONS From our office in the centre of town proceed down Church Street which becomes Bath Road, continue past Westonbirt Arboretum and on to the village of Didmarton. On arriving at the A46 T junction turn left and after about 400 yards continue straight on at the crossroads and Woodlands will be seen after about another 400 yards on the right hand side immediately after a row of three cottages where the pavement is wide enough to park on. If you see the Hotel on the left, you have gone too far. 

AMENITIES Petty France is a hamlet on the A46 which is some 5 miles north of the M4 Junction 18 offering excellent access to Bristol, Bath and northwards towards Stroud. There is a hotel within the hamlet and further amenities including Post Office/Village Stores, Pub and recreation facilities at nearby Hawkesbury Upton, and the house is on the edge of the well known Badminton Estate.



Petty France is very well served by surrounding schools including Katherine Lady Berkeley, the Senior School at Wotton under Edge, and Hawkesbury Upton's own Primary School also has an outstanding Ofsted classification. Just up the road opposite the famous Arboretum is Westonbirt School which caters for primary all the way up to A level and there are other well-known schools in Bath and Bristol. The village is on the edge of the Badminton Estate, the site of the international annual horse trials, with a network of paths and bridleways.
