The Building has original design features and character that will be brought back to life during the refurbishment. The layout of the office areas is easily configurable to suit a variety of requirements meaning that the space in this building can be utilised in a number of ways.

We want you to feel comfortable in your office and to feel that it is your space, with this in mind, we are happy to accomomdate you with any requirements you have, so, if you want a particular finish or change to the colour scheme, we are happy to do this. If you want to add any particular furniture or fittings, we are happy to accomodate this too.

Spaces can be provided furnished to help make moving in as hassle free as possible. A meeting room with Data points is available. Data communications, powerpoint accesibility and Lighting can be developed to suit individual requirements. Floor finishes can also be tailored to meet with certain specifications.
