<b>What I love about the flat (written by our landlord)</b>
I love the light space in the open plan lounge/kitchen especially opening the huge concertina doors on a sunny day and having breakfast in the garden or even better having friends over for a BBQ.
I love the patio that gets the sunshine for most of the day and the huge amount of storage space including indoor cupboard space for bikes.
I love that both double bedrooms are a really good size with the master bedroom having an ensuite with a large walk-in shower and the new wooden floor throughout.
I love that its a great space for entertaining, and that my friends love visiting.
<b>What I love about the Area</b>
I love that its just a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common or a 20 minute walk to the incredible Battersea park.
I love that its very close to a lot of bars and restaurants on the high street but still has a nice village feel in the Old Town.
I love that everything you need is within walking distance, supermarket, gym and bikram yoga.
I love that its just off beautiful Grafton Square
I love that the transport links are great

Its a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common tube

Its a 5 minute walk to buses that take you south and north of the river
Wandsworth Road rail station is just 10 minutes away, Clapham Junction a short bus ride away
<b>What I love about socialising</b>
there are restaurants and bars galore on Clapham High Street and in the Old Town, just a short walk away.
Northcote Road and Battersea Rise have some special highlights including amazing steaks at Le Bouchon Borderlais, best brunch ever at Brew and yummy weekend foodstalls
The very best pizzas can be had at Donna Margerita and best curries at Khans on Lavender Hill
There are lovely boutique shops along Northcote Road and the Old Town for weekend mooching
I love cosy sunday lunches at The Bobbin gastro pub, dinner (and especially Happy Hour!) at The Grafton
I love coffee at The Pavement.
I love Drinks at The Sun pub, especially in the summer.
