Property description
If you are looking for a property that offers the advantages of rural living and yet the convenience of being between two major cities which can both be accessed via 10 minutes train ride or 15 minutes in the car then this great property could fit the bill. Backing onto Chichester Harbour and enjoying stunning views from both the 1st and 2nd floors and set well back from the main road in a small service road it allows you to entertain with ease with ample parking for plenty of guests and space to entertain them with a south facing private and sunny rear garden for the summer BBQ and a conservatory and kitchen diner as well as a cosy lounge inside. The garage has been converted to provide a fourth bedroom and has an adjacent utility cloak room so could also double up as a small annex if required. However the accommodation of the house is only half of the picture here as it is the location which will be the big draw. Being within the Chidham Primary School catchment area and surrounded by stunning countryside walks and cycle paths to the surrounding towns and villages.
It is sure to attract early interest so an early viewing is strongly recommended.
What the Owner says:
We have loved living in this home, it has been a great spot, close to everything but is rural at the same time. The footpath at the rear leads straight down to the beach and all amenities are close by with a great local pub, take away and Southbourne and Nutbourne train stations to get you into Chichester and Portsmouth.
When we pull open our curtains every day we feel blessed as it feels a wonderful way to start each day looking over the beautiful views of Chichester Harbour and we always listen out for the resident cuckoo every year to hail the beginning of spring.
Our neighbours are lovely and whilst this a great home in the summer it is also a cosy place to live in the winter and we hope that the next people enjoy it every bit as much as we have.
