Property description

An excellent fully modernised 2-bedroom caravan having the valuable benefit of 12 month residential occupancy together with an idyllic waterside position alongside the River Severn on the popular Hill Farm site, having a semi rural location along Northwood Lane. The caravan has a spacious layout with a gross internal area of about 594sq.ft. and is truly only fully appreciated by personal inspection. No upward chain, Cash Buyers only. Main photo shows rear elevation.

DESCRIPTION
\"The Shed\" started life as a towing caravan but is now completely re-modelled and transformed. Essentially the former caravan was required to stay insitu relative to Planning Conditions from the Local Authority and the home of today has been extended around it in a timber frame. It is also a reflection of Planning Conditions that the home is still to be referred to as a caravan. Revealing its past history the towing bar of the former caravan can still be seen projecting out from the right hand side of the chalet - please see the additional photograph !For those with access to the internet further pictures are available on our website plus Rightmove and onthemarket.com, showing the works on the caravan during the extension and also the landing stage plus a fish caught off it !The renovation/extension work was conducted only about 10 years ago and, therefore, the caravan can be described as modernly fitted throughout. Notably it also includes a 'Worcester' LPG fired combination boiler serving the central heating system plus there is also a log burner, being a particularly nice feature - albeit not tested. An excellent pitch is enjoyed directly adjacent to, but some way above, the river and we are advised by our vendor/client that \"The Shed\" has never flooded in its present ownership of some 10 years but this is in no way a warranty or guarantee and prospective purchasers must make their own enquiries and satisfy themselves. Mitigating to some degree the risk of flooding,\"The Shed\" is also built on stilts.
