I was attracted to this property because of the location and was looking for a quiet road with a feeling of security. Being a cul-de-sac means there is no passing traffic other than the people that live here and their guests.
The house was refurbished throughout and I have only had to decorate to my own taste and carpet some of the rooms over the years.
I love living in this house but the garden is now too big and I am looking for a property with no outside space, perhaps an apartment, but still wish to stay in the same area.
