Property description
With the name, 'The Stables', you'd be forgiven for mistaking this property for a modest abode but this is far from modest! This stunning barn conversion is set in the grounds of Upper Reule Farm and is a former milking parlour, believed to be originally built circa 1850's. The Stables is at the end of the development and overlooks Reule Covert and Upper Reule Pool, with the Pool being understood to be the remainder of a moat which once surrounded a manor house in the woods, owned by the Earl of Chetwynd in the 18th century. Reule Covert is now owned by the Earl of Bradford Estates and a bridleway runs alongside The Stables and around the woods and it is also less than 200 metres away from the old railway. The accommodation is beautifully spread across three floors and features a dual aspect lounge, dual aspect kitchen diner and an attractive dining hall on the ground floor with four double bedrooms; two with en suites and a separate family bathroom are on the first and second floors. Outside is a generous rear garden, ample parking to the front and beautiful rural views. Set in a wonderful commuter location, this stunning home is one you won't want to miss!
