I was moving down to the Island from Kent, so this was a big step for me. With my two daughters and another child on the way I really needed a quiet location that was close to the hospital, schools and shops. This property really appealed to me as it was a good size, set back from the road, looks nice from the outside and had its own drive!
Since I have lived here, I have had the large conservatory built at the rear and also replaced the double glazing.
The area is truly quiet and peaceful, and we never hear the neighbours the way that the houses are set – and we don’t feel penned in. The location has been perfect and we often leave the car at home and walk into town.
