I have always found this house so homely and the position in Shide was a major attraction to me as it feels so close to town and yet very quiet. The garden is also very sunny and having an outside toilet was so handy though I got it refitted and modernised.
I have had the property wiring upgraded, replaced some fencing and had a new boiler fitted. I also had a new hatch to the roof installed as the existing one was too small. I have had the property rented and have now decided to sell so there will be no onward chain.
