When I bought this property in 1994, it was registered as a commercial property and I had to do some major works including extending the rear as well as getting residential use on the home, however, I could see the potential with the big rooms, flexible space and having a teenage son and my mother coming to stay, this home was ideal.
My last home had a big garden so the easy to maintain courtyard here was perfect for me. The two parking spaces at the rear have been very handy as I mostly walk to town which only takes a few minutes. I have really only decided to sell as I am now moving to the mainland for family reasons.
