Property description
Appearances can be deceiving and that couldn't be more true than with this exceptional bungalow. From the outside, it may give the illusion of being small and ordinary but the minute you step inside you are greeted by some pretty remarkable living space, a separate detached annexe and a garden and pool area to leave you speechless. Anything but ordinary!
Whether you are two families coming together to live as one or you just fancy the extra income potential, the possibilities with this home are endless. In the main house, if you like entertaining, the kitchen area and open plan entrance hall/dining area provide the perfect environment for doing so with the warm inviting lounge to retire to afterwards. The bathroom has been transformed into a luxury walk- in shower room which you may struggle to tear yourself away from in the mornings. The loft rooms would make amazing playrooms so you can relax in style downstairs whilst the kids play upstairs.
The separate annexe boasts impressive living space and independence so would be ideal for an older relative. Outside, the garden is a haven for families. Backing onto fields and with plenty of room to play hide and seek, the kids will be lost out here for hours. Leaving you to enjoy a dip in the pool or a well earned glass of wine. There is not enough room to put to paper all the benefits of this property. Needless to say it needs to be seen to be believed.
What the Owner says:
We moved here 8 years ago as we fell in love with the village of Newdigate. It's quiet and safe for the kids and we could totally picture it being a perfect family home. When we viewed the house for the first time, people were playing in the swimming pool so it was easy to imagine our family having the same fun. We have done quite a lot of work over the years, including extending the annexe and turning all the stables into very handy storage sheds. We also had the oak barn built which is great for putting lots of cars in. In the summer, the garden and the pool is really what makes this place amazing but we get to enjoy plenty of living space as well as a rural village lifestyle all year round.
