Having lived in the flat for many years now we can honestly say what an amazing place it is. It was in a very bad state when we moved here so we have set about updating every single aspect of the property to get it to the condition it is now, such as a new kitchen with integrated dishwasher put in only a couple of years ago.The location is absolute bliss, being so peaceful and quiet with fantastic neighbours an only 10 minutes from St. Helier station. What has also been fantastic is the shops and transport links on our doorstep. We have really enjoyed the garden - stepping out into the fresh air - often to relax with family enjoying a barbecue together!
It will be really sad to leave but know we are handing over a fantastic property to the new owners.
