Property description
Space is something everyone craves, but with the shortage of properties on the market at the moment, enough room is hard to come by, particularly coupled with a quirky period charm. This superb maisonette situated on a quiet road is close to transport links, local shops and amenities.
After a hard day at work I can imagine the new owners of this fabulous flat dashing back through the rush hour to get home and prepare for a relaxing evening in your elegant lounge with its fabulous quirky feel and features. Your eyes are drawn to the elegant shaker style kitchen that is split level down some steps from the lounge. Plenty of space to prepare a fabulous supper, the budding Jamie Oliver could easily cook up a 30 minute meal to enjoy at the kitchen table, or something more extravagant to enjoy with a glass of wine with friends.
The bedrooms here are where this place comes into its own. One is upstairs and has eaves and storage galore, yet still a generous double room and the other, again a double with lots of storage has a fabulous church yard view, offering glorious peace and tranquillity.
A must see property like no other!
What the Owner says:
The moment I stepped inside here I fell in love. It was very different when I bought it as over the fifteen years I have owned it I have renovated and updated throughout.
I simply loved the unusual layout as it didn’t feel like all the square boring boxes I had been seeing up until this point. The place is exceptionally light and bright, and has fabulous warmth about it.
The location for me was also a huge draw, I love the views to the front with the unspoilt church yard and impressive church itself.
