We came to this house 47 years ago when our children were tiny and have thoroughly loved it here.
Back then, our main consideration was the schools, which were, and still are superb, and the unbelievable amount of green space we are surrounded by.
We have been blessed over the years with the addition of even better transport links such as Mitcham Eastfields opened.
Also, we love the fact that there are local shops nearby, so you don’t have to take advantage of the supermarkets if you don’t feel like it.
