I first bought the flat in Hazel Avenue as a brand new property. It still looks just as good now as when I was first given the keys. I particularly liked the layout as it goes around a small angle. It makes one or two of the rooms slightly different shapes and gives it a slightly quirky appeal.
Another thing I liked about the flat was the security being on the first floor. Not that I think there is really anything to worry about in Minster. The area is pleasant and you are never far from open country or parkland.
