The space inside and out was perfect for us, it is very quiet and is perfect for us to relax. It was the size of the living space that attracted us. I would keep work separate and out of the way in the study.
Dinner could be enjoyed in the dining room and we could finish the day together in the lounge.
We liked the way the plot was laid out too giving us two separate gardens. They are both very low maintenance.
