We first bought Buttercup Avenue as a new build just over 2 years ago. The style of the house particularly appealed to us. It had a cottage feel to it, cladded as opposed to traditional brick finish. The open green to the front added to it giving it a very calm and happy feel.
There house itself ticked all the boxes for us. It is extremely economical which means our bills are incredibly cheap. The solar panels (freehold) really help as well. The en-suite is a handy additional as too. One shower for us and one for the kids.
Outside is great, the garden has a southerly aspect as we have worked hard to landscape it. We have 3 parking spaces which is more than we ever need.
