My father wanted to retire to a seaside location. Minnis Bay has a lovely old fashioned feel to it and yet it is still close by to London for family visits.
The garden is really sunny so perfect for relaxing in on a warm day. The bungalow also now has a brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom suite. A new carpet has been fitted in the lounge and the room feels so much more homely and bright as a result of this.
We feel that this is a wonderful place for retirement and the neighbours have welcomed us with open arms.
