The cottage is close to the beach and coastal path and adjacent to other local footpaths and the panoramic Military Road, which follows the coast from Blackgang Chine to Freshwater Bay. This part of the Island is totally unspoilt with beautiful coastal and downland scenery, attractive to walkers, golfers, cyclists, fossil hunters, surfers and extreme sports enthusiasts. It is also wonderful for families wanting a traditional \"get away from it all\" seaside holiday, having miles of sandy beaches with rock pools and safe swimming. Although it has a feeling of remoteness the cottage is half a mile from the attractive village of Brighstone with local post office, pubs and shops and seven miles from the county town of Newport , which has a wide range of shops and facilities.

Please be advised that the property was built for holiday use, however does have full 52 weeks a year occupancy this can not however be your only residence.
