Located in the beautiful village of Waltham on the Wolds, near Melton Mowbray, the home has stunning rural views and is the perfect place for anyone aged over 65.

TERM: The apartments will be let on an assured shorthold tenancy.

THE CONCEPT OF FLEXICARE

Having recognised that there is no substitute for providing dedicated care in a homely environment, Waltham Hall Nursing Home set about finding a way to create private residence, with accessible comprehensive nursing care all in one location. Flexicare means that care can increase as needs change or that one person can be cared for while a husband or wife can maintain their independence both in a homely and private setting. This addition to the nursing home will be dedicated to residents looking for a greater level of privacy, but with the assurance that care is close by.


RAISING THE STANDARDS IN PRIVATE CARE

Allowing someone else to care for a loved one, friend or relative can be a difficult decision to reach. Waltham Hall is the leading care provider in the area. Trained nurses manage all complex and nursing care needs, whilst the residential care team provide proficient and dedicated residential care 24 hours a day. The apartments offer private, homely accommodation but a care package with Waltham hall can be arranged as and when care is required. Care will be billed on an hourly or weekly fixed rate by agreement.


GENERAL INFORMATION

Each apartment comprises: Lounge/Diner, Kitchen with integrated appliances, Double Bedroom
and a Wet Room.

GROUND FLOOR APARTMENTS: �495 per calendar month, utilities will be metered and charged separately.

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENTS: �525 per calendar month, utilities will be metered and
charged separately.

CENTRE SUITES: �550 per calendar month, utilities will be metered and charged separately.
