Property description

An impressive detached character property lying on the western edge of the village, approximately 6 miles from the coastal resorts of Looe and Polperro. The property retains many original appealing features with doors, beams and stained glass windows giving it plenty of character, but where appropriate it has been modernised to give spacious and flexible living arrangement. The property consists of a four bedroom converted chapel, the main bedroom being en-suite with an adjoining three bedroom converted school house, with en-suite in the main bedroom. The property offers substantial character living accommodation with panoramic westerly views to the rear and backs onto open countryside.

The property is situated within the picturesque village of Lanreath, which is 2½ miles distant from Pelynt and 6 miles to the well known fishing and holiday town of Looe. The popular town of Looe has a more extensive array of facilities including secondary education, a reasonably good town centre and of course having the advantage of being a popular centre for those people with aquatic and sailing pursuits.
