I have always loved this location as Maresfield is such a lovely village. There’s a local shop, pub and village hall just round the corner and it feels especially villagey when cricket is being played or there’s a fete on! It’s a great place to live.
I’ve always liked that it’s easy to get to Newick to visit relatives and up to Tunbridge Wells for shopping.
We bought it from new as the show home as we loved the layout and it had several upgrades. You get fantastic views out to the front and the fact that the garden is manageable has been ideal. The bedroom over the garage means the house is big enough for guests to come round.
