About Marden Lettings
We are a family business based in the Kentish village of Marden and under the umbrella of Stanleys of Marden Limited, we have been renting out properties for the past 20 years.
As the majority of our properties are in the local vicinity and fully managed by us, it wasn’t until we purchased a property further afield that we used a Letting Agent. We were disappointed with the service they offered and despite paying high fees, there appeared to be a general lack of care and poor attention to detail. In light of this, we have decided to branch out, share our knowledge and open our own Letting Agency. Our aim is to provide both Landlords and Tenants with a personal, professional and efficient service. We are members of the Residential Landlords Association and committed to keeping up to date with the constant changes in regulations.
