Bought as a first home we found that this property was ideal for our needs.
We had space to go off to our separate rooms to study. Transport to university, shopping and socialising was stress free from this location. The buses run frequently, the train goes directly into Stratford and Liverpool Street and the major road links such as the M11, A406 and A13 are all at the end of Romford Road!
It then became an ideal property to rent out. However, now it is time for us to move on. We hope this property will bring the next owners much happiness.
