This was my first home and it has been a fantastic first rung on the property ladder. I really enjoyed my time living here as it is in such a convenient location. It is so easy to walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. I’ve got great memories of meeting friends on the weekend for great nights out in Maidstone town centre.
I’ve since moved to a house and the flat has successfully been rented out since. Now however the time is right to sell. I’m sure someone else will enjoy it as much as I have and my tenant has too.
