Property description
If you are looking for a home that offers enough space for a growing family to spread its wings and is located in a sought after village, then we could have the home for you.
The ‘wow’ factor starts from the moment you enter the lounge, which is awash with light from two windows. If you love entertaining the open plan, modern kitchen/diner will be perfect, as whilst you cook dinner, friends can gather around the table and chat with you over a glass of wine. For more formal occasions there is the added benefit of a separate dining room.
There shouldn’t be any arguments over the bedrooms as all four rooms are of a generous size and bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own en-suite shower rooms, so in the morning you can simply roll out of bed and roll into the shower. Having two en-suites as well as a family bathroom will definitely help to speed up the process of getting ready in the morning.
Venturing outside, the secluded back garden is going to be great for those family gatherings and barbeques, as it is bathed in sun for the majority of the day. You can picture sitting here chatting with friends, and I can assure you that the topic of conversation will be how lucky you are to live in such a wonderful village.
What the Owner says:
We have lived in this house since it was built in 2001 and have loved every minute. The house itself is in a great location with lovely neighbours surrounding us. A wide range of ages live here, but essentially it is a family area.
Lympne has an excellent primary school, which is within walking distance of the house, as well as a handy post office and shop, which are also only a few minutes’ walk away. There are fantastic transport links, whether it’s getting the bus to Canterbury, Hythe or Folkestone, or catching the high speed train from Ashford International to London taking just 37 minutes. We are only moving as we want to be closer to work in Thanet, but we will miss this area very much.
