It is a terraced house with three floors: The kitchen (with dryer), dining area (separate rooms) are on the first floor - there is also a toilet on this floor; the en suite room and living room are on the second floor; and three bedrooms are on the last floor where the landlord occupies. This floor has its own toilet and bath. The house is double glazing and gas central heating. It has a garden and a balcony and on-street parking is available.

The landlord is a professional (lecturer in a University) and lives alone. He, therefore, wants to share with another professional – male or female. He is renting only the en suite room and so as two occupants of the house (the tenant and himself), there is a lot of space. Train and bus stations are within walking distance.

The rent (£100 pw) is inclusive of all bills - gas, electricity, council tax, water rates, sky TV, and wireless broadband. There are washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.
