I bought this home back in 2008. My partner and I both worked in Folkestone but also wanted close links to Canterbury, so the connections were very important to us so Lower Hardres was the ideal place. When we came to see the home there was very little to do except just move in. However we have installed a boiler and also made the garden low maintenance. As our family grew we moved just up the road as we loved the village so much.
