When we were searching for a property some 8 years ago we wanted a location with good schooling, a setting that had a good degree of privacy and most importantly a home that would suit all our needs as the children grew up.
We couldn’t find a property that ticked all the boxes but the location was ideal, the property is tucked away in a corner providing us with the privacy we wanted and the schools within the area have high reputations. We are also close to Epping Forest, a great playground for a growing family.
The property didn’t offer us the accommodation we were hoping to find, but we could see the potential to extend the property and create a home to our own design. We rebuilt the property and increased its footprint to provide the accommodation that suited our needs, we have been extremely pleased with the outcome, it takes into account the needs and demands of modern day life.
