DESCRIPTION
The property comprises a hardwood coppice area, being two parcels of land intersected by the former railway line. The coppice slopes quite steeply, with a westerly aspect, and a number of hardwoods within the plantation. There is an old quarry in the southern corner of the woodland, which appears to have been disused for many years, and also some storage buildings which are in a poor state of repair.The land is shown coloured orange on the attached plan. There will be a full right of way over the land shown coloured yellow. A4 plans are available upon request.

DIRECTIONS
From Liskeard proceed out of the town on the A38, passing through Moorswater and bear left, signposted to the Moorswater Industrial Estate. Continue down the road, turning left over the flyover and immediately left and then right. Continue down this road, passing the houses on the left and, on reaching the gate signposted Looe Mills Farm with the gate to the left of this leading to the coppice.
