The main road passing through Grove Park centre is called Baring Road, it runs north-south direction and is part of the A2212 road: to the south it carries traffic to Bromley, and to the north it connects Grove Park to Lee Green. Grove Park railway station is located in the centre of Grove Park on the east side of Baring Road, train services from here are operated by Southeastern, and connect to Bromley North, London Charing Cross and London Cannon Street stations. London buses 261, 126 and school bus 631 serve the bus stop outside the station; there is also a bus terminus in Baring Road near the station served by routes 136, 181, 284, 273 and night bus N136; the 124 also passes through Grove Park near the station. Grove Park centre including the railway station is within London Travelcard Zone 4, but the northern parts of Grove Park towards Lee are within Travelcard Zone 3. The Green Chain Walk and Capital Ring also pass through Grove Park.
